Free December Mini Calendars – Pocket Scrapbooking

Hello blog followers and visitors! We are heading into the last month of the year and are quickly coming to the beginning of a new one, and I just wanted to provide this month’s pocket scrapbooking mini calendars! Hope you are on track for the holidays and getting ready for the upcoming new year!

These gorgeous photographs are from talented photographers who post their photos on Unsplash, one of my favorite freebie sites for gorgeous, professional and free pics. The rest of the template design is mine. This time I chose photos with a Christmas farmhouse theme because they were lovely and portrayed the holiday’s warmth and yumminess (is that a word?).

You might like the video below, that gives a quick overview of this great stock image website.

These are the size of pocket scrapbooking journaling cards (3″ x 4″) , so they are small enough to pop into your A5 planners, if you like. I hope you like them!

Mini Calendar Specs

I am releasing a September version of these project life mini calendars.

I have this set of Mini Calendars (3″ x 4″) available as a free printable jpeg download for either your project life or other pocket scrapbooking projects.

Of course, you can also use them on your other paper crafting and types of weekly planner projects. If you have the MAMBI arc punch, you can also include them in your Happy Planners.

Mini Calendar Printing Tips

Click on the sample preview picture below for the full resolution 300 ppi image download.

[For best printing results, make sure you use a premium 4″ x 6″ photo paper set on Landscape for the best layout and maintain the aspect ratio so that there is no distortion in your printout.]

The finished items should be able to fit your standard 3″ x 4″ pocket scrapbooking pages or traveler’s journal plastic pocket photo inserts or Becky Higgins project life planner pages. Just thought I would mention again, since not all blog visitors are familiar with this type of crafting.

These inserts are different from your standard clear pocket and business card inserts for the traveler’s notebook.

Free Christmas Stockings Weekly Kit Planner Stickers – Classic Happy Planner

Hello peeps…it’s Monday and the last week of November. Here’s a new set of Happy Planner planner stickers (weekly layout) using digi papers from a lovely set of Christmas themed patterns. There are lots of cute Christmas graphics and cute stockings in this set.

I love these paper designs that I often get at Creative Fabrica, especially these cute digital paper from PoppyMoon Designs. This week the paper choice is appropriate as we are now officially heading into the holiday season. I hope you are all on top of your holiday shopping!

Info about the Classic Happy Planner

Me and my Big Ideas, the manufacturer of the Happy Planner has expanded their interior layouts to weekly, timeline, Memory Keeper and dashboard views. They come in different sizes; Big, Classic, Mini and Skinny. They keep updating what they offer every year.

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the “Classic” MAMBI Happy Planner (vertical layout) or similar Week At A Glance Planners or other vertical weekly planners. If you resize them, of course, you can use them in whatever type of planner you own!

The functional planner stickers, especially the full box stickers, are sized to fit within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Classic Happy Planner. Keep in mind that the full boxes are now sized at approximately 2.5″ by 1.5″ .

They are almost 1/2″ taller than your vertical boxes for the Erin Condren Planner (1.9″). Sometimes the designs can not be scaled down for your Erin Condren, so expect some distortion to occur. However, you are free to mix and match as you are inspired.

Also, if you are new to this site, I wanted to let you know that I have a board on Pinterest that you might want to follow that has several pins (ideas) by other planner designers, stationery, home office decor, office supplies and planner freebies pins that are mostly planner related. There are 130+ planner stickers or elements total in today’s release. As always, these stickers and elements can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and paper crafting but these were made specifically for you Happy Planner and Erin Condren fans.

How to Use this “Planner Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter, (i.e. Cricut Explore) you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software.

2) Also another method, would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most time consuming way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting. In addition, don’t forget a paper trimmer which helps with the straight cuts and makes this task easier.

You should probably use punches for the circle stickers. I try to design the circle stickers at standard punch sizes. For hand cutting, a new tool I highly recommend is the Gyro-tool. It’s rotating blade allows you to cut around curvy shapes and is especially good around script stickers. Reader Tip: A reader noted that she fussy cuts her stickers while watching TV!

Facts about the freebie:

*A set of 130+ planner stickers on two 8 1/2″ by 11″ jpeg files.

*These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color. The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
*Color scheme: cranberry red, forest green, gold, teal blue

Free Christmas Music Tags or Pocket Cards Printable

Hello peeps, I hope you are having a great week and are getting ready for tomorrow’s big day, Thanksgiving, at least here in the US! As you can see, I am providing a rather unique design for today’s freebie ( a set of Christmas music tags). They are made with original vintage Christmas sheet music ephemera and vintage holiday botanicals.

I really had a lot of fun designing these tags even though finding and collecting the vintage images was a challenge. But it was a challenge I enjoyed, I checked on Pinterest and found a great site for these type of music sheets and liberal download policies. I have included the links for these resources below.

Design Inspiration

The backgrounds were a great find on the interwebs, I went to my favorite place to search for these vintage Christmas music sheets and found this great Pinterest link for “Free Printable Christmas Sheet Music” or this gal’s site at, 25 Free Christmas Sheet Music Printables. There are several popular Christmas songs to choose from. They make great wall art, printables or art journal ephemera.

As for the details about the freebie, there are 9 elements in all. The tags measure approximately 3″ x 4″. The smaller labels/tags are approximately 3″ by 1.5″ wide. I combined a variety of botanical christmas images and vintage textures for these tags. You can see some of my results in the following video.

Although these tags were made specifically as journal bits, as always, they can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping. Or they can be used as gift tags or pocket cards, use your imagination and let your creativity inspire you!

Here’s a sample of what these tags look like printed out on white cardstock. You can choose to distress the tags with Tim Holtz’ distress ink (i.e. vintage photo) or tea dye if you prefer.

This free printable has 9 elements on a letter size page.
The file size is 3.7 MB.
These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp. (The preview pictures on the blog and at Google are at 72 dpi, the actual download’s color is actually much smoother and softer.)
Printing tip: I would advise that you print on heavy white cardstock, plain or matte to use as tags or in cards. You can print on regular copy paper to include as layered tags for your art journals.
Color theme: cream, black, red, green
