Free Scalloped Checklists Planner Stickers – Bright Colors

This post may contain affiliate links. See the Disclosure Policy for more information.

Hello Peeps!  I hope you are having a great weekend and getting all your planning tools sorted and ready to go.   Today, I have provided a set of  Erin Condren planner stickers with a new design that I think you’ll like, a set of scalloped checklists planner stickers.

I have had these on my list for the longest time but couldn’t quite execute my design until I started using Adobe Illustrator CC.  I’m just on the beginner learning curve with this program but I totally love it.  Sometimes, you’ve just got to hand it to those wonderful programs that have every  tool but the kitchen sink available !  Also to start the year, I  used a bright color scheme for these planner stickers.   I was inspired by the colors in the Classic Happy Planner I purchased for this year.

I’ve also included a set of lovely script words that you might want to use for your personal planning and other projects on a jpg file.

Planner Sticker Specs

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Erin Condren Planner   (vertical) or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other horizontal weekly planners such as the Filofax.

The functional planner stickers, especially the box stickers,  are sized to fit  within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Erin Condren .  They are approximately 1.9″ by around .5″ across.

However, you can reduce the printable when you go to print in order to adjust the stickers’ size to fit your specific planner. (Some distortion may occur using this method.)

Color Theme

Here’s the color theme used for these planner stickers…

Also, if you are new to this site, I wanted to let you know that I have a board on Pinterest that you might want to follow that has several pins (ideas) by other planner designers, stationery, home office decor, office supplies and planner freebies pins that are mostly planner related.  You can view that board and/or follow here, Home Office | Planners & Stationery Favs.

There are 95+ planner stickers or elements total in today’s release. As always, these stickers and elements can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting but these were made specifically for you Happy Planner and Erin Condren fans.

Note**Please see my Terms of Use below before downloading if you have not to been to this site before.**

How to Use this Scalloped Checklists Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter, (i.e. Cricut Explore)  you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software.

2) Also another method, would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most time consuming way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  In addition, don’t forget a paper trimmer which helps with the straight cuts. You should probably use punches for the circle stickers. I try to design the circle stickers at standard punch sizes.  For hand cutting, a new tool I highly recommend is the Gyro-tool.  It’s rotating blade allows you to cut around curvy shapes and is especially good around script stickers.  Reader Tip:  Cut out stickers while watching TV!

Facts about the Scalloped Checklists freebie:

*A set of 75 planner stickers on a  8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf files.

*One 5.5″ x 8.5″ sticker sheet (jpeg file).

*These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color. The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
*Color scheme:  light orange, light yellow, soft pink

As usual these freebies are free for personal use, (check my TOU if you haven’t previously.) If you have been here before, you know the drill. If not, you might want to read the quick TOU below before you access the printable.

Doodled Annual Calendar 2021 -Free Printable

This post may contain affiliate links. I may receive a commission, at no cost to you, when you choose to use the links provided. See the Disclosure Policy for more information.

Today I have released a doodled annual calendar for 2021 so that you can get ready for all your planning for the upcoming year.

You’ll have two choices to choose from:

1) a doodled annual calendar which is set up with a Sun-through-Sat week and/or

2) a doodled annual calendar that is set up with a  Mon-through-Sun week  and was specifically created for Erin Condren and Happy Planner users; however, of course, it can be used as a reference for project life fans as well as regular personal and work planning.

Ideally, you can use your calendar by  referring to  each week during your planning time and planning out your weekly to do’s.  You might have developed the habit of taking at least 20 minutes every Sunday evening to view the week’s upcoming tasks and to do’s on your to-do list.

If not, now’s the time to develop that habit for the new year especially if “being more productive”  or “using my time wisely” will be one of your New Year’s resolutions

Using your Annual Calendar

I designed this organization/planner freebie in order to get a bird’s eye view of the year all on one page and decorated it with a variety of doodles. The font for the calendar is Arial and a vintage American Typewriter font for the headers , the week format is Sunday through Saturday and the weekends are light grey.  I have provided two annual calendar printables, one regular and one with the week’s number on the left hand side.  You can reduce the printable in order to fit most planners,  if you would like to use them as an insert.

You can use the calendar to refer to as you plan your week or for other purposes.

Planning Your Week

I also designed the following printable to use as a brain dump to provide you a “worksheet” to gather or place all your tasks for the upcoming week.  It’s sort of a pre-planning sheet or a place to list all your “to do’s” and then commit them to a specific day.

It isn’t a necessary step, but I find it helpful to write up all my tasks, then allocate the day of the week I will post them in my planner.  If I don’t get to all of the tasks, at least I can pick from the “top three” tasks for each day and feel I have been productive.

Here’s a sample of that weekly planner page.  You can click on the image to access that printable as well.

Choosing Your Planner

Your planner choice will be  a very personal one ( if you are not using one already) and there are many variables that will contribute to  your decision.  I will go through some of those variables in future posts.  This year I went hog wild and ordered the “Hello Kitty” Erin Condren Life Planner with a variety of accessories; but, I didn’t order soon enough and it is on it’s shipping journey.  With the Covid restrictions, the shipping and handling is taking a little longer, so there is that.   Come to think of it, I should have factored that in…keep that in mind if you are thinking of ordering one.  Meanwhile, I have ordered my Classic Happy Planner for this year.

For your information, since I do provide many of my own Erin Condren printable designs on this blog, I wanted to show you a sample layout for last year’s  “new” redesigned Erin Condren interior pages.   Due to copyright issues, this is just a similar design  of Erin Condren’s “new” redesigned layout but not an exact one.  This gives you an idea  of how one of your pages might be laid out as you list your tasks.  I’ve taken some of the tasks from a winter bucket list, I previously provided.

In addition, I have a board on Pinterest you might want to follow that has several ideas by  other designers for Home Office Planning , stationery and Erin Condren Life Planner, Happy Planner, and other types of planner needs.  You can view that board here, Home Office | Planners & Stationery Favs.

Facts about the freebie:

  • These free printables were designed on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  •  File size: 816KB & 847KB
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp.
  • Printing tip:   I would adjust the printing quality on your printer in order that you do not get an excessive amount of ink saturation.  Just a tip, if you plan to use regular office paper as this freebie is at 300 dpi and you may need to adjust as you print.
  • Color scheme: black, white, dark grey

Thank you for your single pins and for some of you,  multiple pins of my various designs on Pinterest as well as Facebook and Instagram  links.  I also appreciate mentions in your blogs with appropriate link backs and active links.

Happy New Year – End of Year Goals Planner

Hello peeps! Well this is it, we have arrived at the first Monday of the year!  And I hope you can at least look back at all the goals you have successfully accomplished for this past year.  Since 2020 was such a “cray cray” year for many, you may have a tough time slogging through your lists.  Hopefully,  this checklist will help you unscramble some of those items and get you prepped for this year.

Also, I hope you had a Merry Christmas  and a great New Year and that you enjoyed time with family, friends and loved ones.

Yes, …it’s that time of the year that you start thinking of the next one, of course if you are not distracted by all the after party decor clean up or more visits  from family and friends.

So, if you don’t get a chance today, I am providing a quick  Roadmap to Success for 2021 ( a three page checklist pdf ) to help you review your goals for 2020 and give you a head start in planning this year’s goals!

That’s for those of you who are barely getting back into the groove for this year because the holidays just threw you for a loop!  I used the Pantone Colors of the Year for this checklist, so I hope you like the bright color scheme.

Usually these questions are already in the back of your mind, or for some of you super organized folks you have already gone through this exercise a few days ago or a couple of weeks ago.

For the rest of us, I have provided this checklist and hope you can use it when you are ready to commit some “me-time” to actually review the questions on this list, note some thoughtful answers and get  your mind  (and planners) ready for  the great things you are going to accomplish this year.  Happy Planning!
