Hello peeps!    Happy Fourth of July!

I’m sneaking in on a Saturday to provide you with today’s freebie printable.  I know you might be busy but when you get a chance you can check out this new “vintage”  wall art printable that I designed.

I am excited to share a new type of printable today, a home decor wall art printable you can use to decorate your home office or other area where you need some inspiration.

This is a new area of printables for me,  but I thought it would fit in with providing some inspiration that you can look at daily. I was inspired to create this design with a throwback to vintage farmhouse signage.  The design is created for a  5″ x 7″ picture frame.

I have a whole list of ideas for this type of printable, so I will be releasing “free wall art printables” from time to time  in the future.   I hope you like them.

How to Use this Wall Art Printable

Here’s a few tips so you can get the best results:

  • For best results when printing, make sure you use the paper suggested or something similar in quality.  It will make a difference in the final look of your printable.
  • The wall art printable is designed to fit a 5″ by 7″ frame.
  • You can print this at home. However, if needed, you can always take it to a nearby Staples (office store) for quality printing.
  • The printable jpeg file is set to fit a 5″ by 7″ photo frame,  however, I have it featured on a 8″ x 10″ frame in order to provide  a white space border (mat)  around the picture.

Facts about the freebie:

  • One wall art printable via 5″ x 7″ jpeg file.
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, in Photoshop CC.  Your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so very often you can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme:  blue & pink watercolor, black text

 

I have included the following image so that you can see the quality of the printable magnified to 200 percent.  You should be able sto see the nubbly texture of the watercolor paper, and the distressed texture on the fonts used as well as the watercolor textures.

Hello Peeps…Hope you all had a great Happy Father’s Day this weekend.  Today, I wanted to get out  a fun and cute graphic theme for today’s Erin Condren planner stickers set.  These forest cuties, which is what they are, are a fun way to decorate your planner.

The color theme is a soft one with a bright pop of orange and pink.

I have also included a Cricut ready set of  coordinating planner tabs with this set.

Planner Sticker Specs

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Erin Condren Planner   (vertical) or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other horizontal weekly planners such as the Filofax.

The functional planner stickers, especially the box stickers,  are sized to fit  within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Erin Condren .

However, you can reduce the printable when you go to print in order to adjust the stickers’ size to fit your specific planner. (Some distortion may occur using this method.)

There are  more than 105+ planner stickers or  elements total in today’s release.     As always, these stickers and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting but these were made specifically for you Erin Condren Planner and Filofax fans.

How to Use this “Planner Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions (I have also included some of the cutting tools you will need):

1) The easiest way to use this printout  is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software. ( **Please note:  You must have the Silhouette Designer Edition software upgrade to open pdfs in your Silhouette. I also have redesigned the template so that the margins are within the “registration” area of your silhouette.

You will have to spend some time creating the cutlines for the silhouette  but this should make creating the cutfile a lot easier.)

2) Also another method,  would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker  and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most tedious  (or time consuming) way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.

Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which will reduce cutting around the stickers.  For the curvy cuts (i.e. around words), you might like the Gyro-cut tool.

DIY Summer Interchangeable Planner Covers

Hello peeps!   It’s time to change the covers on your Erin Condren planner for the season so that you get a fresh updated look.  Today, I am excited to release this really fun project–two sets of Erin Condren interchangeable planner covers that I designed for your planner bliss.  I also included a set of  coordinating “planning” planner stickers for extra planner goodness.

Materials and Supplies Needed

Please note you will need access to several tools, materials and supplies  such as a laminator, laminate sheets,  a 1/8″ hole punch, and scissors  in order to complete this project, but if you are a planner addict you may already have them on hand in your planner stash.

I  designed this set of DIY Erin Condren planner covers in  colors that would coordinate with summer colors. I’ve got a polynesian vibe going this week and I’m loving all things tropical.

Some planner fans stick to only one cover.  It’s fun, to  occasionally change the look of your planner especially if you like to change your covers seasonally.

These planner covers are specifically sized and designed for fans of the Erin Condren Planner  only .  I suggest that you use a bright white cardstock or photo matte or gloss photo paper to print out your covers so that the colors will be vibrant and the photo realistic textures will print clearly.

Note:  These planner covers are not designed to upload to the Erin Condren website as they need to have a “bleed” space added in order for you to have them printed and cropped correctly, so keep that in mind.

Other Planner Ideas

If you are not interested in using these images as covers, I know that planner fans (who  are technologically astute) will be able to  resize the jpg files in order to create a dashboard or project life card for your papercraft use.

While that is totally doable for your own personal use, please abide by my TOU ( it is listed below) and do not sell or share the digital files.  Please play nice.

You can access the jpg files below. Click on the each individual picture or link  below (pictures posted are low res preview pics)  and you will be able to download the  jpg files  bundled in a zip file.  Download one or all of them for your planning pleasure.

You must have access to software that can open a zip file. These files should  open in any photo editing software including online photo editing tools like PicMonkey or Canva.  Keep the aspect ratio  as is and the image at 100 percent before printing. The dimensions of each jpg file should be 6.75″ by 8.875″ or 2025 px by 2663 px.
