Vintage Style Flower Seed Packets Printables

flower seed packets printables

Hey there!    I am catching up with my blog posts or I should say to get into a regular publishing schedule.  So, today I am releasing this printable and I wanted to share today’s freebie ( a set of vintage style flower seed packet printables)  was created in Adobe Photoshop CC  and with Chatgpt Pro for your junk journaling projects or other types of  paper crafting. I have included these botanical images for your summer junk journals.

I am happy to provide this to  you and I used a variety of  images initially created with a vintage style image created in Chatgpt.   This was an AI assisted creative and although I know this is a controversial topic for some; a variety of creative and design  tools in this industry are incorporating these features into their software.  I hope you will find these helpful with your junk journaling projects.

Popular Graphic Sites

I really appreciate all of you who have visited this blog and also checked out Creative Fabrica and Rawpixel and signed up for their design graphics and vintage freebies! Your generous support helps me with providing additional freebies.  Since I started recommending both of these sites, they are both incorporating powerful AI tools that makes any kind of designing and crafting much easier and fun, so check them out if you so choose.

In addition,  another one  of my favorite design sites, Rawpixel,  has a great assortment of public domain vintage  and art images!   Create a free account using my link, if you like.

And for a slew of great vintage and whimsical fonts and lots of crafting svgs, (including new AI tools such as “Studio AI”)  don’t forget to try Creative Fabrica. I have a subscription and use a lot of their graphic resources for my designs.

Design Inspiration

The inspiration for this printable images came from the fact is that’s it is summer and your junk journals and decor is filled with flowers and botanicals.     I used these images from my originals created in Chatgpt Pro and Adobe Firefly, meaning they are either “Ai-assisted” or “AI generated”.

As for the details about the freebie, there is one  US letter size freebie in all.

Although these products  were made specifically as junk journal printables or for pocket scrapbooking projects, as always, they can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks,  art journals or other types of memory keeping.

Facts about the vintage  freebie:

  • There is one free printable: US letter jpeg file
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp. (The preview pictures on the blog and at Google are at 72 dpi, the actual download’s color is actually much smoother and softer.)
  • File size:  6.6MB
  • Printing tip:   I would advise that you print on heavy white cardstock, plain or matte to use as die cuts or on  white sticker paper to use the labels as stickers or thinner paper for a more authentic feel.
  • Color theme:  cream, yellow, pink, sepia

These are AI generated vintage style images usually made from reference images.  When not designated as such, most of my elements are made from commercial use,  public domain pictures and scanned vintage ephemera sources; however. if any designer feels their copyright has been infringed upon the freebie will promptly be removed and the freebie will no longer be made available.  Designers vary in their restrictions for their terms of use (even for CU items), so although I try to be scrupulous, I may miss some.

Free Botanical Illustrations Printable

Hello blog followers and vintage lovers, just wanted to let you know that being a Solopreneur sounds exciting—and it is—but people don’t always talk about the hiccups that come with doing everything yourself. When you’re the entire operation, from creator to tech support to customer service, even a small setback can feel like a major slowdown. Case in point: my laptop recently crashed, and just like that, everything paused.

No content creation, no editing, no uploads—just a hard stop. It’s one of those moments that reminds you how much your workflow depends on a single piece of equipment.  Those of you that have been with me for awhile, know how many laptops I’ve crashed and wouldn’t you know it, just  when I’m ready to provide additional goodies my laptop crashes.

Now I’m in that in-between phase, waiting on a new purchase and the shipping timeline, which isn’t exactly ideal when you’re trying to stay consistent and keep momentum going. (Actually it arrived yesterday) But this is part of the reality of building something on your own. There’s no IT department to call, no backup system magically kicking in (unless you’ve planned ahead really well), and no team to pick up the slack. It’s you figuring it out in real time.  I am now upgrading my brand spanking new MacBook and loading all my software and fonts and pulling down designs from the cloud that I had created before everything crashed.

That said, setbacks like this don’t mean everything falls apart—they just shift the pace for a bit. I’m using this time to think, plan, and refine ideas on my phone,  so that when everything is back up and running, I can hit the ground with even better content. Sometimes these forced pauses can actually be useful, even if they’re frustrating in the moment. I am also getting additional training in a variety of new AI tools and how they will coordinate  and improve  my new workflow.  I’ll be sharing more about that in the very near future.

Still, I won’t pretend it’s all smooth—it’s inconvenient, it tests your patience, and it can feel like you’re falling behind. But that’s also where resilience comes in. Solopreneurs learn pretty quickly that progress isn’t always a straight line. There are stops, starts, delays, and unexpected detours.

So if you’ve been wondering why things might seem a little quieter or slower right now, that’s the honest behind-the-scenes. I’m in the middle of upgrading and waiting for the tools I need to keep delivering the quality you expect. And while I’d prefer everything to be instant, this is just part of the journey. The goal hasn’t changed—still focused on creating solid, valuable content—but sometimes the timeline adjusts. Appreciate the patience, and trust that when things are back in motion, it’ll be worth the wait.

Hello peeps ! Here we are in the month of July and Independence Day here in the States is only a day away!  I thought this cute beach/ Fourth of July themed paper was a great choice for  this month’s monthly layout in your Classic Happy Planner.

Regardless of the graphics used, the good thing is that there is an undated option, so that you can use the planner stickers for another month if you so choose.  I used this set of beach/patriotic themed  digital paper  from Creative Fabrica for today’s blog post freebie.  I use a lot of graphics from this site and I’d like to mention in the past few months, they have upgraded their subscription as they work hard to attract great and well known  graphic designers, don’t forget to check them out!

Monthly Layout Planner Stickers Specs

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Classic Happy Planner  by Mambi or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other weekly planners such as the  Plum Paper Planner that have wider boxes for the monthly spread.

The functional planner stickers, especially the box stickers,  are sized to fit  within the monthly calendar boxes specifically for the monthly spread of the Classic Happy Planner.

However, there are several resizing instructions on Pinterest on what percent to print this printable  in order to resize the printable for personal planners with smaller dimensions.

Also, if you are new to this site, I wanted to let you know  that I have a board on Pinterest  that  you might want to follow that has several pins (ideas) by other planner designers, stationery, home office decor,  office supplies and planner freebies that are mostly planner related, you can view that board and/or follow here,  Home Office | Planners & Stationery Favs.

There are  more than 90+ planner stickers or  elements total in today’s release.    As always, these stickers and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and paper crafting but these were made specifically for you Happy  Planner and Filofax fans.

Note  ***Please see my Terms of Use below before downloading if you have not to been to this site before.***

How to Use this “ Monthly Layout Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout  is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter ( i.e. Cricut Explore), you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software.  ( I actually now own both machines and each have their pros and cons.  I do believe that Cricut is a little easier to get started with right away if you are a beginner.)

2) Also another method,  would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker  and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most labor intensive  (or time consuming) way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which will reduce cutting around the stickers.  Reader tip:  Cut them while watching TV.

Facts about the freebie:

  • One  set of HP functional planner stickers on  an 8 1/2″ by 11″ jpg file.   I’ve changed from pdfs to high resolution jpegs in order to keep the file sizes much smaller. (1 MB each or less)
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes fuzzy and distorted.
  • Color scheme:   red, white, blue

As usual these freebies are free for personal use, (check my TOU if you haven’t previously.)  If you have been here before, you know the drill.  If not, you might want to read the quick  TOU below before you access the printable.
