Gift Tags – Christmas Coffee Cup Tags

Hey planner peeps.  I thought I would help you out with your party and gift wrapping by providing you with a new gift tag printable similar to one that I had released a couple of years ago.  This printable is a set of gift tags or labels; depending on how you want to use them, with a fun Christmas coffee cup theme.  Great for gift wrapping or identifying guests at a party.

How to Use this “Gift Tags” Printable:

There are a few ways you can use this printable to create your gift tags.   I have included a few tips in the following instructions:

  1. The easiest way to use this printable is to print it out on a full sheet of white cardstock and if you own a Silhouette Portrait or a Silhouette Cameo or other digital cutter you can cut out the gift tags  using their designer software.  There are several pdf to jpg converters online if your software just can’t open a pdf. You will have to spend some time creating the cutlines for the Silhouette but this should make creating the cutfile and cutting it out a lot easier.
  2. The most labor intensive (or time consuming) way is to print out the gift tags or papercrafts printable  on 65 lb. white cardstock and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors or a slide paper trimmer or gyro tool to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  Reader Tip:  Cut out with scissors while watching TV!
  3.  If you don’t want to use these cups as tags, you can always print the file on white sticker paper and use them to decorate the side panel on your planner.

Materials and Supplies

*White Cardstock

*Hole punch (preferably 1/8″ inch)

*Silver or gold metallic stretch cord or baker’s twine

*Scissors

Facts about the freebie:

  • A set of  16 gift tags on an 8 1/2″ x 11″ pdf file.  Each tag is approximately 1 1/2″ by 3″.
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme:  red, green, white

Today, I am excited to release a newly designed  “freebie” printable  that has a  variety of checklists  that will fit either personal sized planners  or your Classic Happy Planner.  There is a 1/2″ margin allowance for your hole punches; of course, after you print and cut out this printable.  Each individual insert is sized at approximately  3″ by 6.5″.

If you are a Filofax fan or owner of a planner with A5 weekly inserts, you will be  able to use this printable as well.   Please note:

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Me and My Big Ideas Classic Happy Planner,   Kikki.K or Filofax personal planner or similar smaller personal sized  weekly planners.

How to Use this “Planner Inserts” Printable:

You will need to print the printable on heavy bond white paper or thin cardstock if you prefer sturdier lists.  You will need to cut them out and then hole punch the insert in order to place it in your personal sized planner or Classic Happy Planner using an arc punch.

Facts about the freebie:

  • A set of  3 planner list inserts on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file. (landscape)
  • File size : 3.75 MB
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme:   mint, slate blue, dusty rose

Fall Pumpkin A5 Planner Dashboards and Labels

Hello peeps!  It’s Halloween tomorrow and I wanted to get  these watercolor pink pumpkin A5 planner dashboards out to you.   These have a fall color theme with the black striped background and fall motifs in an unconventional fall hue (pastel pink)  but lovely pumpkin graphics.    So, make sure you have plenty of black ink in your printer. Hope you like them. 

I’m sorry I had not posted anything lately but being in California, I have had to adjust to our additional lockdown instructions and plan accordingly. Boo.  I also had some tech issues with my Photoshop CC subscription (first time ever!) that I finally resolved.

This planner insert  is specifically designed for fans of the Carpe Diem Planner by Simple Stories or other A5 planners.  Or  the pages can be used in the Classic Happy Planner as planner inserts by using the Mambi punch and popping the pages right into your  Classic Happy planner.

The size of the planner inserts are 148 mm x 210 mm or 5.83″ by 8.27″, your standard A5 page.

The size for the Personal planner insert is 3.75″ by 6.75″.

The labels are approximately 3″ x 2″ .

How to Use this “ Fall  Pumpkin Planner Dashboards” :

There are several ways you can use this printable to cut out these freebies and I have included a few tips in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printable is to print it out on a full sheet of white cardstock and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the to-do lists or planner inserts using their designer software.  If you need to convert the pdf file, there are many online converters that will convert the files from pdfs to jpegs.

2)  For the planner dashboard, it would be ideal if you printed it on glossy or matte  photo paper so that the watercolor , glitter or foil texture will show up clearly.  However, simple cardstock will do.  If you own a laminator, laminating the dashboard and then hole punching it will improve it’s wear.

3)  Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which makes cutting a straight line easier, rather than using scissors.

  • One 5.8″ x 8.3″ jpg file.
  • One 3.75″ x 6.75″ jpg file.
