June Monthly Layout – Classic Happy Planner

monthly layout desktop

Hello peeps…this is a catch up post.  I missed this layout in June, so I am providing it now since the layout can be used for other months if you use the “no header” option.   I used a bright, tropical fruit themed  digital paper for this month’s release.   I also have provided an extra half letter of planner stickers so that you can use for other planner projects.

I don’t like being repetitive, especially for those of you who have been following my blog for awhile, but some of the instructions are included for newbies who arrive to my site.

As has become customary, via a reader’s tip, I left off the year and month’s name on this freebie  and I have provided another printable with the month and year, so you have a choice between both.  You can look back over last year’s printables to see which months are interchangeable for future monthly layouts.

Planner Stickers Specs

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Classic Happy Planner  by Mambi or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other weekly planners such as the  Plum Paper Planner that have wider boxes for the monthly spread.

The functional planner stickers, especially the box stickers,  are sized to fit  within the monthly calendar boxes specifically for the monthly spread of the  Classic Happy Planner.

However, there are several resizing instructions on Pinterest on what percent to print this printable  in order to resize the printable for personal planners with smaller dimensions.

Also, if you are new to this site, I wanted to let you know  that I have a board on Pinterest  that  you might want to follow that has several pins (ideas) by other planner designers, stationery, home office decor,  office supplies and planner freebies that are mostly planner related, you can view that board and/or follow here,  Home Office | Planners & Stationery Favs.

Thank you to all who have followed me on Pinterest.  In a hurry? Would you consider repinning this to your Pinterest board?

There are  more than 90+ planner stickers or  elements total in today’s release.    As always, these stickers and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting but these were made specifically for you Erin Condren Planner and Filofax fans.

Note  ***Please see my Terms of Use below before downloading if you have not to been to this site before.***

How to Use this “ Monthly Planner Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout  is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter, you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software.

2) Also another method,  would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker  and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most labor intensive  (or time consuming) way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which will reduce cutting around the stickers.  Reader tip:  Cut them while watching TV.  Woot-Hoo…multi-tasking.

Facts about the freebie:

  • One  set of HP functional planner stickers on  an 8 1/2″ by 11″ jpg file.   I’ve changed from pdfs to high resolution jpegs in order to keep the file sizes much smaller. (1 MB each)
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme: pink, hot pink, light green, yellow

As usual these freebies are free for personal use, (check my TOU if you haven’t previously.)  If you have been here before, you know the drill.  If not, you might want to read the quick  TOU below before you access the printable.

bloom wall art

Hello peeps!  I’m popping into your mail box again with another printable for summer!

However, I am excited to share a “newish” type of printable today, a home decor wall art printable you can use to decorate your home office or other area where you need some inspiration.

This is a new area of printables for me,  but I thought it would fit in with providing some inspiration that you can look at daily.  The design is created for an  8″ x 10″ picture frame.  The size of the jpeg is 8″ x 10.5″,  the half inch margin that includes my copyright info can be trimmed off.  I used a special floral color font and a black script font.  Using “color” fonts  is a new upgrade available both on Photoshop CC and Silhouette Studio Designer – Business Edition.

I have a whole list of ideas for this type of printable, so I will be releasing “free wall art printables” from time to time in the future.   I created this printable a few months ago and had not released it until today.

Free January Pocket Scrapbooking Mini Calendar

Hello peeps… if you are wondering if I have lost my mind or track of time, I just want to let you know I haven’t!  What I am doing today is delivering on my promise to publish these January mini calendars.   Somehow, I missed these for the month of January for this year.

So, as I promised I wanted to get these mini-calendars out to you in this month, just in case you are still finishing up on some project life or art journaling projects for the year.  A reader commented on the fact that I had missed the month of January and I am checking this off on my list.  Now, you will be able to access the whole year to date.

These gorgeous photographs are from talented photographers who post their photos on Unsplash. The rest of the template design is mine.    This time I chose photos with what I think might be appropriate for the first month of January.  Who doesn’t like a sparkler on a delicious cake to celebrate?

These are the size of pocket scrapbooking journaling cards, so they are small enough to pop into your planners, if you like.  I hope you like it!

Mini Calendar Printing Tips

Click on the sample preview picture below for the full resolution  300 ppi image  download.

[For best printing results,  make sure you use a premium 4″ x 6″ photo paper set on Landscape for the best layout and maintain the aspect ratio so that there is no distortion in your printout.]

The finished items should be able to fit your standard  3″ x 4″ pocket scrapbooking pages or traveler’s journal  plastic pocket photo inserts or Becky Higgins project life planner pages.  Just thought I would mention again, since not all blog visitors are familiar with this type of crafting.

These inserts are different from your standard clear pocket and business card inserts for the traveler’s notebook.

Enjoy!:)
