A5 Planner Insert To Do Lists And Dashboard

Hello peeps!  Happy Friday…I have been planning for a long time to design  an A5 planner insert printable and dashboard in  black, white and purple.  So, this is that day that I cross this design idea off my blog post list.   Sometimes I have more ideas than time available to get them done.   I own the now retired platinum  Carpe Diem A5 planner and I have been  wanting to design a printable suitable for this size of planner.

These A5 planner inserts are specifically designed for fans of the Carpe Diem Planner by Simple Stories or  other A5 planners.  Or  the pages can be used in the Classic Happy Planner as planner inserts by using the Mambi punch and popping the pages right into your planner.    The size of the planner inserts are 148 mm x 210 mm or 5.83″ by 8.27″, your standard A5 page.

How to Use this “ A5Planner Insert” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to cut out these freeie and I have included a few tips in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printable is to print it out on a full sheet of white cardstock and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the to-do lists or planner inserts using their designer software.  If you need to convert the pdf file, there are many online converters that will convert the files from pdfs to jpegs.

2)  For the planner dashboard, it would be ideal if you printed it on glossy or matte  photo paper so that the gold foil and watercolor wreath images can show up bright and clear.  However, simple cardstock will do.  If you own a laminator, laminating the dashboard and then hole punching it will improve it’s wear.

3)  Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which makes cutting a straight line easier, rather than using scissors.

Facts about the freebie:

  • One pink planner insert  on  8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • One purple planner insert on 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • One planner dashboard on 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme:  black, white , plum, pink

Fall Side Margin Checklists

Hello blog followers and visitors!  I didn’t want to forget all the Classic Happy Planner fans.  So, for today’s freebie,  I designed a printable with side margin checklists or “to do lists” as well as planner header stickers that I thought you might want to use in your fall planner decor.  I’ve included side margin checklists, header labels and a few hydrate  boxes in this printable in fall themed colors.

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Erin Condren Planner or  Happy Planner by Mambi.  I have measured this side bar checklist and they should fit on both types of planners.   They are sized to fit  within the vertical columns  side margin of each weekly spread or  page.

There are 36 planner stickers or  elements total in today’s release.     As always, these stickers and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting but these were made specifically for you Planner and Filofax fans.

How to Use this “Planner Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout  is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software. ( **Please note:  You must have the Silhouette Designer Edition software upgrade to open pdfs in your Silhouette. I also have redesigned the template so that the margins are within the “registration” area of your silhouette.   You will have to spend some time creating the cutlines for the silhouette  but this should make creating the cutfile a lot easier.)

2) Also another method,  would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker  and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most tedious  (or time consuming) way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which will reduce cutting around the stickers.

Facts about the freebie:

  • A set of 36  planner stickers on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.

  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.

Hello blog fans and visitors!  It’s Monday  and the beginning of a new week. If you have the Monday blues, I thought I would help shake them with this watercolor, “smores” themed printable.  Yummy!  I hope you are getting some time for a lot of rest and relaxation  and/or time  for crafting.  As we approach fall,  I am finally getting with it as far as traditional fall colors but I wanted something soft and feminine  for this printable.  So, I chose these neutral watercolors.

Just so you’ll know, I am also trying to provide an Erin Condren sampler  jpg printable for all  Cricut owners who’s digital cutters have a smaller cutting surface design area with a 6″ x 8″ jpg  or png sticker sheet.  There is an offset on the words that I hope you can view in the Cricut designer space.

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Erin Condren Planner  or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other horizontal weekly planners such as the  Plum Paper Planner or Filofax.  The functional planner stickers, especially the box stickers,  are sized to fit  within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Classic Erin Condren.
