Free Printable Download – Christmas Kraft Tags and Labels

Rudolph the red nosed reindeer….Deck the halls….. Do I have you humming these Christmas tunes already?  So, here is my next variation on Christmas Kraft  tags, with of course, this one leaning toward a simple design of a deer and wreath in a contrasting neutral color scheme.

I don’t usually design kraft freebies because I prefer printing on the actual paper, but this texture was a very good photo-realistic look of a kraft texture that I couldn’t resist attempting to design some kraft tags.  I used both black ink and white ink on kraft.

One of the deer images was yet another graphic image courtesy of The  Graphics Fairy (link below) taken from a vintage check.  The tags are  just a tad under 4″ x 2.5″ and the circle labels are just slightly larger than 1 1/2″ to give you a little wiggle room for your punch.

You will be seeing a few more Christmas freebies along this color scheme, but I will be mixing it up since I love  to use different color schemes with holiday decorating.  Well, what I mean is that  I vary or rotate color schemes every year from neutrals (black, white, silver), shabby chic (pink & turquoise), silver, white & blue and green & gold to name a few.   On to the freebie…  Hope you like them.:)

Retro Christmas Numbers and Labels – Free Printable

Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells….As you can see with today’s freebie ( a set of retro numbers and labels), that  days have passed and  now Thanksgiving is only a few days away and then we are speeding fast into the month of December.

So, in order to help you with your Christmas countdown,  I designed these retro advent numbers for your December daily tracking so you can be ahead of the game.   It has a vintage theme and my favorite retro color scheme for Christmas:  red, white and turquoise.

Retro Christmas Numbers Specs

The numbers have a distressed texture and the tags or labels were made with  a vintage mailing label image from the Graphics Fairy (link below) with a photo realistic paper texture.  The labels are  just a tad under 3″ x 2″ and the circle labels are just slightly larger than one inch to give you a little wiggle room for your punch.  I’m sure you can find several other uses besides an advent calendar.

We didn’t have much growing up, so maybe I have over compensated!

I always look to  inspiration from Martha Stewart’s Living magazine Christmas edition, I have several years issues that I have kept and look at every year and I keep them in pristine condition. I also own several copies of Victoria magazine and  Romantic Homes that I look at for the same purpose.  Yes, I know there is a little of my OCD showing, you can ask my family about that.  So, on to the freebie…

Facts about the freebie:

  • This free printable was designed on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • The file size is  rather hefty at 14.40 MB.
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp.
  • Printing tip:  Print on heavy white cardstock matte or plain.
  • Color scheme: red, turquoise, white

Fall Paperie Journaling Elements – Free Printable

This post may contain affiliate links. I may receive a commission, at no cost to you, when you choose to use the links provided. See the Disclosure Policy for more information.

Hello…and welcome back to more fall-related freebies. Did I mention  It’s almost Thanksgiving?   Today’s journaling cards freebie is full of autumn colored paper textures for your project life or other types of memory keeping or journaling.

I also used 4 more digital paper textures by SheryK Designs (link below) and am just amazed how many different journaling elements I have been able to create from all the different coordinated designs.  I know I have some blog visitors that love the color orange which is good because it  plays a big role in this freebie’s color scheme.

As for the details about the freebie, there are 18 elements in all.  You have four journaling cards (3″ x 4″), 3 circle labels, 3 word snippets and several elements as well.  As always, they can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping.

Facts about the freebie:

  • This free printable has 18 elements on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • The file size is 6.56 MB.
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are often distorted. I have included a couple of photo-realistic textures in the paper and chalkboard texture.
  • Color scheme: cream, muted teal blue, brown, orange, mustard yellow

How to Use this “Journaling Cards” Printable:

There are a few ways you can use this printable to create your journaling cards and elements and I have included a few in the following instructions:

  1. The easiest way to use this printable is to print it out on a full sheet of white cardstock and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the journaling cards and journaling elements using their designer software. ( **Please note: You must have the Silhouette Designer Edition software upgrade to open pdfs in your Silhouette. There are several pdf to jpg converters online if your software just can’t open a pdf. You will have to spend some time creating the cutlines for the silhouette but this should make creating the cutfile and cutting it out a lot easier.)
  2. The most  time consuming way is to print out the journaling cards or journaling elements on 65 lb. white cardstock and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors or a slide paper trimmer  to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.

Thank you for all your Pinterest and other social media pins…
