Planner Inserts – Christmas Checklists

Today, I am excited to release a newly designed  “freebie” printable  that has a  variety of checklists  that will fit either personal sized planners  or your Classic Happy Planner.  There is a 1/2″ margin allowance for your hole punches; of course, after you print and cut out this printable.  Each individual insert is sized at approximately  3″ by 6.5″.

If you are a Filofax fan or owner of a planner with A5 weekly inserts, you will be  able to use this printable as well.   Please note:

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Me and My Big Ideas Classic Happy Planner,   Kikki.K or Filofax personal planner or similar smaller personal sized  weekly planners.

How to Use this “Planner Inserts” Printable:

You will need to print the printable on heavy bond white paper or thin cardstock if you prefer sturdier lists.  You will need to cut them out and then hole punch the insert in order to place it in your personal sized planner or Classic Happy Planner using an arc punch.

Facts about the freebie:

  • A set of  3 planner list inserts on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file. (landscape)
  • File size : 3.75 MB
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme:   mint, slate blue, dusty rose

Hello peeps…we are now in June and officially right in the middle of the year.   How time seems to fly by so fast these days?

Today, I am using the remaining watercolor floral images or arrangements from this digital set to create these lovely planner inserts.

This is a new insert design, and while I have created other inserts for other types of planners, I had not released inserts for the Classic Happy Planner.  I hope you like these.

Facts about the Classic Happy Planner

These planner inserts are specifically designed for fans of the Classic Happy Planner  by Mambi or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other weekly planners such as the  Plum Paper Planner that have wider boxes for the monthly spread.

The functional planner inserts,   are sized to fit  within the monthly calendar boxes specifically for the monthly spread of the  Classic Happy Planner.   The pages are 7″ x 9.25″.

However, there are several resizing instructions on Pinterest on what percent to print this printable  in order to resize the printable for personal planners with smaller dimensions.

How to Use the “  Planner Inserts” Printable:

Here’s some simple instructions on how to use this printable:

Materials Needed

  • 12″ Ruler
  • Scissors or slide paper trimmer
  • White cardstock,  8 1/2″ by 11″
  • Discbound or Mambi punch, (in order to insert into your Classic Happy Planner)

Print out the pdf file.  Using scissors or slide cutter cut out the insert along the crop marks.   Be sure to measure to make sure you are cutting the page to the correct dimensions.  Hole punch and insert into your planner.

Facts about the freebie:

  • 3 planner inserts on individual 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme: periwinkle blue, sea foam green, dark green, dark blue

Shabby Chic Planner Inserts and Foldable Tab Dividers

In preparation for the new month, I thought a shabby chic teacup planner inserts printable might be just the ticket for today’s freebie.  It’s different and it can sure clip in (or be hole punched) and put some “pretty” on your planner without necessarily taking up too much room on your planner pages.

These shabby chic teacup  planner inserts are specifically designed for fans of the Classic Happy Planner or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other horizontal  ring bound weekly planners such as the  Filofax.  You will need some type of punch to insert the teacup  planner inserts, either an arc punch for the Happy Planner or a hole punch for ring bound planners.

There are  more than 16 planner  elements total in today’s release.     As always, these stickers and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting but these were made specifically for you Erin Condren Planner and Filofax fans.

How to Use this “Planner Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your inserts and I have included a few tips for printing and  cutting  in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout  is to print it out on a full sheet of white cardstock and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the planner inserts using their designer software. ( **Please note:  You must have the Silhouette Designer Edition software upgrade to open pdfs in your Silhouette. I also have redesigned the template so that the margins are within the “registration” area of your silhouette and included the Silhouette file. )

2) You can  print out the planner inserts on white cardstock and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.

Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which will reduce cutting around the planner inserts.

  • One 6″ x 8″ sampler foldable tabs on jpg file.
  • One 6″ x 4″ mini calendar jpg file.

  • Color theme: pink, light green, light blue
