vintage july mini calendars on desktop

Hello peeps! Are you ready for July, already?   Today,  I am happy to  provide July’s  “vintage inspired” pocket scrapbooking mini calendars!  I selected this set of vintage photos because we will be celebrating Independence Day in the States in a few days.  I was looking for a few vintage patriotic postcards but they are a little difficult to find; so, I thought these photos would appropriate.

Popular Graphic Sites

I really appreciate all of you who have visited this blog and also checked out Creative Fabrica and Rawpixel and signed up for their design graphics and vintage freebies! Your generous support helps be with providing additional freebies.

In the past, many of the  gorgeous photographs I used for these freebies are from talented photographers who post their photos on Unsplash, one of my favorite freebie photo sites for gorgeous, professional  and free pics.  However, recently I have been selecting these photos from  another one  of my favorite design sites, Rawpixel, which has a great assortment of public domain vintage images!   Create a free account using my link, if you so choose.

And for a slew of great vintage and whimsical fonts and lots of crafting svgs,  don’t forget to try Creative Fabrica. I have a subscription and use a lot of their graphic resources. They are running a great Christmas in July promotion beginning yesterday  with lots of freebies, daily giveaways and yearly subscriptions specials until for this month.

This year I have changed the fonts for this layout to keep within the vintage theme or aesthetic.  I hope you like the mini calendars that I have created.

These mini calendars are the size of pocket scrapbooking journaling cards (3″ x 4″) , so they are small enough to pop into your A5 planners, if you choose.  I hope you like them!

Free Spring Butterflies Journaling Pocket Cards Printable

This post may contain affiliate links. I may receive a commission, at no cost to you, when you choose to use the links provided. See the Disclosure Policy for more information.

spring butterflies printables on desktop

Hello peeps !  Today,  I am releasing this  Spring Butterflies journaling printables freebie from a clip art graphic I purchased from Vecteezy.  I created most of the digitals in Adobe Illustrator and thought you might enjoy it too as we transition from spring into summer.

Popular Digital Graphics Sites

This time I am using a soft pastel color palette, and this lovely, detailed butterfly graphic which I purchased from Vecteezy. I like this site for it’s basic freebies and it’s more complex vector graphics! This is a great site for basic  to advanced shapes and graphics to cut out in  Cricut and Silhouette programs.  But both digital cutters with their software offer their own subscriptions for digital assets; so, there is usually no additional need for another website for your typical DIY crafter.

I also get some of my graphics from Creative Fabrica, so don’t forget to check out their vintage digitals and specials. I get many of my script and playful, whimsical fonts from this popular site but like many graphic design sites they have grown and offer a multitude of digital graphics and fun clip art.

I’ve also recently added  another of my current favorite sites, Rawpixel.  I love their vintage selection and lovely AI produced vintage pngs from popular artists.  Don’t forget to sign up using my link for free images (up to three a day and many more public domain images – they have changed their policy) when you sign up for an account.

Yes, I know,  I now have a few paid subscriptions to a few websites.  So, I will be hard pressed to tell you which is my favorite.  I like them all and use them all for different reasons.

As I mentioned previously,  I have now subscribed to the full Photoshop CC Suite which has been a dream of mine.  However,  I am still learning the tools in Illustrator but I think you will be seeing more of these as I get even more proficient in Adobe Illustrator tools, they are different from Photoshop CC!  When I first began this website/blog, I began working with vector graphics using a free open source software program called Inkscape.  I still use it to this day  and have it on my laptop; however, Adobe Illustrator is the king of vector graphics software programs.  It is an industry standard.

As always, I thought I would mention that  I have a board on Pinterest  that  you might want to follow that has several ideas by other designers for project life freebies and techniques, you can view that here, DIY Crafts | Project Life Freebies, Tips & Techniques.

And for my planner board, you might try Home Office | Planners and Stationery Favs.  You might find something that will interest you!  Thanks to all of you who have already taken the time to follow this board!

Well, on to the  freebie, there are two printables.  As always, these journaling cards and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting.  You can also use them for your planners and personal organizers,  if applicable.

Facts about the Pocket Cards  freebie:

  • Assorted 3″x 4″ pocket cards on  8 1/2″ x 11″ jpeg file
  • Assorted coordinating labels on 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ jpeg file
  • File size –  Approx. 1 MB   & 2.9 MB
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme: soft peachy pink, soft green, light turquoise

Terms of Use:

As usual these freebies are free for personal use, (check my TOU if you haven’t previously.)  If you have been here before, you know the drill.  If not, you might want to read the quick  TOU below before you access the printable.
