Hello blog followers and visitors.  I wanted to get you up to speed with all the  blog changes you are probably seeing on this website.  I have two items I wanted to cover with you and that is changes on my disclosure policy regarding “affiliate ads“.

Since  you have been such great fans of this blog, you have helped this little blog grow to more than 4,000,000+ views since I started self hosting  VintageGlam Studio  in April of 2014.

That kind of traffic has enabled me to land a few opportunities with brands I wouldn’t otherwise have.

However, in order to continue bringing you great content that includes craft tools, supplies and wonderful coupons for these products, I need to comply with these brands’ desire for full  affiliate disclosure to my blog followers and visitors.

So, you will probably be seeing disclosure statements regarding the fact that I might be getting paid when you click through links on my posts.  Although I had many Amazon links in past blog posts they had not been activated due to California online marketing  rules at the time.  That has since changed.

I also wanted to mention that you will probably be seeing a little blog redesign that might make you a little disoriented as to what blog you might be on.  But,  I’m hoping that all these changes will give the site a cleaner, streamlined  look but still provide access to all the freebies and valuable content you have gotten used to.

Under The Sea Planner Stickers – Free Printable

Happy midweek… It has been scorching hot in So Cal, so I was definitely inspired to think of cool ocean breezes, ocean waves and sandy beaches.  So, what better theme to use  for today’s planner stickers printable than mermaids?

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Erin Condren Planner   (vertical) or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other vertical weekly planners such as the  Plum Paper Planner, Passion Planner or Happy Planner.

The functional planner stickers, especially the box stickers,  are sized to fit  within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Erin Condren Planner.  If you have a Happy Planner (classic ), you might want to add some washi tape to compensate for the extra space that is left bare at the bottom, about  1/4 inch. This does not include the approximately 1/4″ inch header title.

Here’s a sample of this set of planner stickers printed, on letter size, full sheet heavy printer paper, but I usually use full sheet sticker label paper by DigiOrange, with my Epson Artisan 810 printer. Note: They are designed at 300 dpi; however,  depending on your printer the color may be more saturated with the watercolor and glitter textures.

Free Erin Condren printable, for personal use only

There are 54 planner stickers or  elements total in today’s release.     As always, these stickers and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting but these were made specifically for you Erin Condren Planner and Filofax fans.   Note**Please see my Terms of Use below before downloading if you have not to been to this site before.**

How to Use this “Planner Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout  is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software. ( **Please note:  You must have the Silhouette Designer Edition software upgrade to open pdfs in your Silhouette. I also have redesigned the template so that the margins are within the “registration” area of your silhouette.   You will have to spend some time creating the cutlines for the silhouette  but this should make creating the cutfile a lot easier.)

2) Also another method,  would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker  and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most tedious  (or time consuming) way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which will reduce cutting around the stickers.

Facts about the freebie:

  • A set of 54 planner stickers on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • File size : 3.13 MB
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme:  blue, pink,hot pink,  golden yellow

SVG Cut File – Wedding Script Phrase

Hello blog followers and visitors.  If you remember about this time last year, I was completely MIA from the blog because I was super busy preparing for my son’s destination wedding in Paris.   What a bunch of great memories and I can get a tear in my eye right now when I think of it.  ( Don’t laugh all you Moms out there, you will be there someday. ;))  So, as the newlyweds are nearing their first anniversary, I thought it appropriate to release this cut file in their honor.  Oh, how I wish I had the skill to create these last year but as they say, C’est la vie.

Just so you’ll know,  I  have a Pinterest board for Silhouette DIY Crafts |Silhouette Cameo & Cut Files that has a  lot of awesome pins showcasing free cut files from other experienced bloggers and crafters on the ‘net.  There are pins of really sophisticated designs on my board as well as basic ones and new pins for the release of Silhouette Cameo Designer Studio  & also Cricut Explore.
