With all the good news about babies and royalty in the news, I thought I would create my own celebration of kings and queens by providing some free vintage crowns. This is my newest foray into designing realistic looking metal elements and I hoped I accomplished that goal with this set of vintage pressed metal golden charms.
The source for the vintage postcards is from a fabulous collection on Flickr’s Creative Commons section managed by Chicks57. These were my favorite, but she had several beautiful french vintage postcards of little girls with various shabby chic elements such as roses, wings, decorative props, and so forth.
As for the color scheme, I went for pink and gold, another of my color favorites. So this time, I am including three vintage metal crowns. They are approximately 1″ to 1.5″ large and have been designed at 300 dpi. All my elements are saved at this high resolution, and stored on my Photobucket account, images on my blog are usually at 72dpi to 100 dpi resolution. I’m sorry for making you go through the extra work to examine the items; however, I am trying to discourage copying of my images without credit due.

Note About TOU:
As usual these are free for personal use, (check my TOU if you haven’t previously.) If you have been here before, you know the drill. If not, you might want to read the quick TOU before you access the printable.
*Vintage Glam Collectibles or Vintage Glam Studio digital resources are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
*You may not re-sell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.
*Please do not remove the watermark or modify the design in any way.
*Copyright remains with Vintage Glam Studio – Dru Cortez
*If you post this on the internet, please give credit to Vintage Glam Collectibles & link back to my blog.
Details About the images:
*All images are made at 300 dpi so the digital files will usually be very large. Make sure that your computer or laptop can handle the download. In the future, I will be placing the images in .zip folders but they will usually still be large files as high res 300 dpi files usually are pretty huge.
*Most images will be .png files (transparent backgrounds) so that you can layer them on to your scrapbooking backgrounds or photos.
*Most elements will not include a drop shadow, as I will leave that up to you to add one if you like. Drop shadows are usually included in the top layers of layered elements. However, bottom layer shadows are included only in the preview images.
*I will be providing these elements with the assumption that you know how to use either Photoshop Elements, the open source photo editing program GIMP, Photoshop, or other photo editing software. While I would like to offer support for these digital files, this is currently just a hobby and not my full time business.
*Most of my elements will be made from purchased commercial use or public domain resources, however if any designer feels their copyright has been infringed upon the freebie will promptly be removed and the freebie will no longer be available. (I try to be scrupulous about what resources I use, but I may miss some.)
