Side Margin Checklists Winter 2 – Planner Printable

This post may contain affiliate links. I may receive a commission, at no cost to you, when you choose to use the links provided. See the Disclosure Policy for more information.

Hello blog followers and visitors!    It’s been raining in So Cal , and the gloomy weather inspired me to provide a bright color themed side margin checklists planner printable for today’s planner stickers freebie.

As the seasons changes, so goes our planner decor right?  This time I revamped the side margin checklists and provided doodled to do lists as well as side margin checklists that help you list your bills to pay for the week.   I also changed the font to a beautiful script. Hope you like them!

I’ve included side margin checklists and  header labels  in this planner stickers printable in bright, coordinating   blue themed colors and an A5 Habit Tracker Planner Insert for all the Carpe Diem or Filofax fans.  You can also use this as a planner insert in the Classic Happy Planner if you have the arc punch.

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Erin Condren Planner or  Happy Planner by Mambi.  I have measured this side bar checklist and they should fit on both types of planners.   They are sized to fit  within the vertical columns  side margin of each weekly spread or  page. They are approximately 1.75″ wide x 6.75″ in length

Just a little reminder,  I wanted to let you know  that I have a board on Pinterest  that  you might want to follow that has several pins (ideas) by other planner designers, stationery, home office decor,  office supplies and planner freebies, you can view that here,  Home Office | Planners & Stationery Favs.

Thanks you to all of you who have joined me on Pinterest you made 2018 great!

There are 36 planner stickers or  elements total in today’s release.     As always, these stickers and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting but these were made specifically for you Planner and Filofax fans.

How to Use this “Planner Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout  is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software. ( **Please note:  You must have the Silhouette Designer Edition software upgrade to open pdfs in your Silhouette. I also have redesigned the template so that the margins are within the “registration” area of your silhouette.   You will have to spend some time creating the cutlines for the silhouette  but this should make creating the cutfile a lot easier.)

2) Also another method,  would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker  and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most tedious  (or time consuming) way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which will reduce cutting around the stickers.

Facts about the freebie:

  • Two sets  of 36  planner stickers on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • One A5 planner insert on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme:  bright blue, slate blue, yellow, bright green, yellow green

As usual these freebies are free for personal use, (check my TOU if you haven’t previously.)  If you have been here before, you know the drill.  If not, you might want to read the quick  TOU below before you access the printable.

Doodled Floral Daily To-Do List – Free Printable

eyeglasses, desk calendar

Hello…today’s freebie is a variation on two of my favorite themes, whimsical/doodled style and a black, white, pink and grey color scheme designed as a floral doodled daily to-do list or A5 planner insert.

As for the details about the freebie, this one is completely out of the ordinary since it has to do with organizing and planning more than digital scrapbooking.  However, I got the idea for this to-do list from some of my blog visitors’ Filofax boards that have pins mixing scrapbooking or smashbook goodies with daily planners.

It seems some of my blog visitors find multiple uses for the project life printables I have designed.  Something that hadn’t even come to my mind as a possible use.  Aaaah!….that’s creativity for you!

Facts about the To Do List Freebie

This free printable has been designed as an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.  The freebie’s file size is  approximately 1.97 MB.  The design layout was  created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp.   While I designed this printable on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ page, I did try scaling it down to 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ to test it out in my planner.

The results were okay if you are able to write small and still be legible, otherwise you are better off using the larger size.  Just a note (just in case you are wondering)…no, I didn’t design the floral doodles, they are part of a commercial use kit.

Thank You  for your Pinterest  Re-pins

I’d like to say thanks to all those taking the time to comment, I sure appreciate the gracious “thank yous” and the legitimate “link love”.  Thank you for your pins on Pinterest as well as a few Facebook links.  I also appreciate mentions in your blogs with appropriate link backs and active links. My traffic keeps increasing from visitors from all over the world, and from generous pinners who have great social networking influence.   I hope you don’t mind when I check out your Pinterest boards, and repin some of your pins to my Pinterest boards, these pins usually provide inspiration for new designs of my own!

As usual these freebies are free for personal use, (check my TOU if you haven’t previously.)  If you have been here before, you know the drill.  If not, you might want to read the quick  TOU below before you access the printable.

Doodled Floral Daily To Do List

Update – 10/4/13:

Thanks so much for all the repins of this freebie.  I never expected that I would get so many repins from Filofax and other daily planner aficionados.  So, in order to make your life a little easier, I have gone ahead and taken the To-do list layout and readjusted it at an A5 size, that’s approximately a 5 3/4″ by 8 1/4″ size or it can be used for 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ daily planners.

I did make some changes on the To-do list  though, I added time stamp info for the “Appts & Errands” section and a few more bubbles for vitamins.  The file size is 1.97 MB on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ page, remember   to select “Actual size” on your printer setup instructions in order to get the reduced size.

Click on the picture below for the A5 reduced size of this printable!  Enjoy! 🙂

Update: (1/08/14):

After reviewing the request of one of my blog visitors, the suggestion was brought up if there was a way to print two of the above pages on one 8 1/2″ x 11″ page. While I couldn’t duplicate the A5 size exactly,  by readjusting the calendar by 1/2″, I was able to put two 5″ x 7 1/2″ inch pages of the doodled calendar on an 8 1/2″ x 11″ pdf page.  Make sure you adjust your printer for Landscape view and Actual size.   Hope this satisfies those of you who do not want to waste paper, but have a little flexibility with the page size.

Inspiration:

I keep coming back to this blog post because through your pins and re-pins I have been introduced to a whole new Filofax and/or daily planner section of inspiring ideas and design pursuits.  The blog I found most inspiring (probably because the author shares two of my favorites and that’s chocolate and purple/violet as a favorite color) is My Purpley Life which covers all things Filofax and different color themes for each week.

I have been a Franklin Covey gal for many years, (spent many years in the business world) but hmmm, I am being swayed  and potentially persuaded by the great ideas I have seen on this blog.

I have included a collage of design layouts she regularly features on her blog, many of the items and supplies she uses you probably already have in your project life supplies.  And while I have always used stickers and a few colored pens for my daily planners, I am ready to take it to a whole new level.

Filofax pictures are property of MyPurpleyLife, images used only for blog referral basis.

Most of my elements are made from commercial use or public domain sources, however if any designer feels their copyright has been infringed upon the freebie will promptly be removed and the freebie will no longer be available.  Designers vary in their restrictions for their terms of use (even for CU items), so although I try to be scrupulous, I may miss some.
