Halloween Banner – Free Printable

Hello…while I have been designing fall-themed journaling or project life elements, I thought I would design  a coordinating Halloween  banner with a fun font theme.  Today’s freebie was designed  primarily  as a fun  decorative item for a party or halloween celebration.

As for the details about the freebie, there are 16 elements in all.  The flags measure about 2″ across , and 2.5″  in height.   I would suggest that you work with about 3 to  5 feet  (and a few inches on both ends to tie on) of baker’s twine or hemp.  After you cut out the elements, be sure to use a 1/4″ or 1/8″ hole punch at the top of the tags to place on your hemp or string.

For best results, print out on heavy white cardstock and hole punch at the top of the individual tags to create your banner.  Use a medium or  heavy duty baker’s twine or hemp to make your banner sturdy and handle the weight of your tags.

Facts about the freebie:

  • This free printable has 16 elements making up the Halloween banner on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • The file size is 3.35 MB.
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme: cream,  black, orange [vintage ledger paper texture]

Hello…blog followers and visitors!  October always makes me think of pumpkins and naturally, the colors of the fall leaves.   Today,  I am releasing a journaling cards freebie with  a fall theme and cute fox journaling cards and elements for project life or other types of pocket scrapbooking.  Among  so many woodland animals, I sure like  foxes; however,  this cute fox graphic is actually illustrated by a talented artist at AMBillustrations.

Well, on to the  freebie, there are 15 journaling elements in all.  You have 4 journaling cards (3″ x 4″) and a few more labels, tags and word snippets.    As always, these journaling cards and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting.

Many of you Filofax fans have found new uses for these elements as well and you are just as  welcome to use them. I think it’s cool seeing some of your creations on my Instagram feed, thanks for the IG mentions.

Doodled Floral Daily To-do List II – Free Planner Printable

Hello…today’s freebie is a light turquoise  daily to do list planner page in two sizes!

This is a  variation on two of my favorite themes, whimsical/doodled style and a black, white, turquoise  and grey color scheme.

Facts about the To Do List freebie:

This freebie is a slight revision of my previous  daily to-do list planner page freebie; however, I did make a few changes in the design and the floral doodles.   I snagged the  idea for this to-do list from some of my blog visitors’ Filofax boards that have pins mixing scrapbooking or smashbook goodies with daily planners.

The interesting note, ironically,  is that  I published my first planner page to-do list approximately about the same time last year! Wow…time flies!

This free printable has been designed as an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.  The freebie’s file size is  approximately 78 KB.  The design layout was  created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp.

While I designed this printable on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ page, I did try scaling it down to 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ to test it out in my planner.  The results were okay if you are able to write small and still be legible, otherwise you are better off using the larger size.

2 Per Page  To Do List Planner Size:

After reviewing the request regarding one of my previous planner freebies, someone asked if there was a way to print two of the above pages on one 8 1/2″ x 11″ page.  While I couldn’t duplicate the A5 size exactly,  by readjusting the calendar by 1/2″, I was able to put two 5″ x 7 1/2″ inch pages of the doodled calendar on an 8 1/2″ x 11″ pdf page.

Make sure you adjust your printer for Landscape view and Actual size.   Hope this satisfies those of you who do not want to waste paper, but have a little flexibility with the page size.
