Hello blog followers and visitors!  We’re coming to the end of the month and I just wanted to provide next month’s pocket scrapbooking mini calendars!   Hope you are getting ready for  a new month and  the fact we are officially in the fall season as of the 21st of this month. 

These gorgeous photographs are from talented photographers who post their photos on Unsplash, one of my favorite freebie  sites for gorgeous, professional  and free pics. The rest of the template design is mine.  This time I chose photos with lovely white pumpkins and gorgeous textile images because it reminds me of the colors of  fall and all the cozy things we turn to in this season.

These are the size of pocket scrapbooking journaling cards (3″ x 4″) , so they are small enough to pop into your A5 planners, if you like.  I hope you like them!

I am releasing a September version of these project life mini calendars.  

I have this set of  Mini Calendars (3″ x 4″) available as a free printable jpeg download for either your project life or other pocket scrapbooking projects.

Of course, you can also use them on your other paper crafting and types of weekly planner projects.  If you have the MAMBI arc punch, you can also include them in your Happy Planners.

Mini Calendar Printing Tips

Click on the sample preview picture below for the full resolution  300 ppi image  download.

[For best printing results,  make sure you use a premium 4″ x 6″ photo paper set on Landscape for the best layout and maintain the aspect ratio so that there is no distortion in your printout.]

The finished items should be able to fit your standard  3″ x 4″ pocket scrapbooking pages or traveler’s journal  plastic pocket photo inserts or Becky Higgins project life planner pages.  Just thought I would mention again, since not all blog visitors are familiar with this type of crafting.

These inserts are different from your standard clear pocket and business card inserts for the traveler’s notebook.

Free Vintage Inspired Halloween Washi Printable

Hey planner peeps, with the approaching fall season,  I wanted to get ahead of your Halloween planning with this vintage  washi printable for you!  I wanted to help you out  with this  washi printable to jump start  your bullet journaling, art or junk  journaling,  and/or scrapbooking time with today’s freebie! This time I provided two sizes of the same design for you.  The washi on the letter (US) size printable is approximately 3/4″ tall and the washi on the half letter (US) size is approximately 1/2″ tall.   Some of these images are from Creative Fabrica, a fav graphics site that I subscribe to…among others.  

I love, love washi.  So, I  have wanted to create washi with  color themes  and vintage designs that I like and that you might enjoy as well.  You can use this washi for either scrapbooking, art journaling, smashbooks and other paper crafting uses.

Today’s freebie was created from a variety of vintage images and vector paper patterns.  I also added a few circles on the half letter size because I thought it would coordinate well.

If you visit my blog often, you know by now that I am always experimenting with different patterns and this happens to be my latest washi freebie!  Hope you like the vintage halloween designs – there are a variety of patterns in this freebie and in two sizes-letter size and half letter size.

Facts about the Vintage Inspired Halloween Washi Freebie

As for the details about the freebie, there are 15 elements or washi strips and all the  patterns are different.   The washi on the the letter size is approximately 3/4″ wide, basically  your standard washi size.   As always, they can either be used for journaling in your junk journals, art journaling projects or other types of memory keeping.

This second free printable has 24 elements on an 5 1/2″ by 8.5″ jpg file.  I designed  it so that it can be used on either a Cricut digital Cutter or Sihouette Portrait.  The download file size is approximately 2 MB each.

How to Use this “Vintage Inspired Halloween Washi” Printable:

Use these washi stickers for your planners, junk journals, as an envelope wrapper and other fun ideas.  Let your creativity guide you!

There are several ways you can cut this printable to create your washi stickers and I have included a few tips in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter, (i.e. Cricut Explore)  you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software. If you own the Silhouette Cameo,  you can double the image on an 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper on a landscape setting as the sticker sheet is 5.5 x 8”.  This will keep you from wasting paper.

2) Also another method, would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most labor intensive way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  In addition, don’t forget a paper trimmer which helps with straight cuts. For hand cutting, a new tool I highly recommend is the Gyro-tool.  It’s rotating blade allows you to cut around curvy shapes and is especially good around script stickers.  Reader Tip:  Cut the stickers while watching TV!

Safari Baby Weekly Kit Planner Stickers – Classic Happy Planner

Hello peeps…it’s Monday and the start of another new week,  I thought I would  follow up with this new set of  Happy Planner planner stickers (weekly layout) using  digi papers from a lovely set of  safari  themed patterns.   I love these  paper designs that I often get  at Creative Fabrica.   I actually do a search on the website’s search bar to select the latest designer’s digital papers.  This time I went back to cutesy patterns with one of my favorite shops, Poppymoon Design.

Info about the  Classic Happy Planner

Me and my Big Ideas, the manufacturer of the Happy Planner has expanded their interior layouts to weekly, timeline, Memory Keeper and dashboard views.    They come in different sizes; Big, Classic, Mini and Skinny.  They keep updating what they offer every year.

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the “Classic” MAMBI Happy Planner (vertical layout) or similar Week At A Glance Planners or other vertical weekly planners.  If you resize them, of course, you can use them in whatever type of planner you own!

The functional planner stickers, especially the full box stickers, are sized to fit within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Classic Happy Planner.  Keep in mind that the full boxes are now sized at approximately 2.5″ by 1.5″ .

They are  almost 1/2″ taller than your vertical boxes for the Erin Condren Planner (1.9″).  Sometimes the designs can not be scaled down for your Erin Condren, so expect some distortion to occur.  However, you are free to mix and match as you are inspired.

I try to design the circle stickers at standard punch sizes.  For hand cutting, a new tool I highly recommend is the Gyro-tool.  It’s rotating blade allows you to cut around curvy shapes and is especially good around script stickers.  Reader Tip:  A reader noted that she fussy cuts her stickers while watching TV!
