Strawberry Fields Planner Stickers – Classic Happy Planner

Hello peeps…it’s midweek and I have more summer fruits in mind.  Today, I wanted to provide another summer themed and fun, bright color planner stickers set for the  Classic Happy Planner.  This has been a week of “fruit themed” planner stickers and today it’s strawberries!  I love, love strawberries, so why not a strawberry themed planner layout?

Info about the  Classic Happy Planner

Me and my Big Ideas, the manufacturer of the Happy Planner has expanded their interior layouts to weekly, timeline, Memory Keeper and dashboard views.    They come in different sizes; Big, Classic, Mini and Skinny.

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the “Classic” MAMBI Happy Planner (vertical layout) or similar Week At A Glance Planners or other vertical weekly planners.

The functional planner stickers, especially the full box stickers, are sized to fit within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Classic Happy Planner.  Keep in mind that the full boxes are now sized at approximately 2.5″ by 1.5″ .

They are  almost 1/2″ taller than your vertical boxes for the Erin Condren Planner (1.9″).  Sometimes the designs can not be scaled down for your Erin Condren, so expect some distortion to occur.  However, you are free to mix and match as you are inspired.

How to Use this “Planner Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter, (i.e. Cricut Explore)  you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software.

2) Also another method, would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most time consuming way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  In addition, don’t forget a paper trimmer which helps with the straight cuts. You should probably use punches for the circle stickers. I try to design the circle stickers at standard punch sizes.  For hand cutting, a new tool I highly recommend is the Gyro-tool.  It’s rotating blade allows you to cut around curvy shapes and is especially good around script stickers.

Facts about the freebie:

*A set of 95+ planner stickers on two  8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
*These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color. The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
*Color scheme:  soft pink, sage green, light blue

Happy Monday.  Well, today I am I’m celebrating the soon (official) arrival of summer with more tropical themed freebies like these planner stickers  for the Erin Condren.  This set has the cutest chubby flamingo and I had to include it in this set.

Today, I decided I would provide a planner stickers layout with a bright color theme.  I love this color combo for summer.

I have also included a Cricut ready “words ”  planner stickers set for today.

Planner Sticker Specs

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Erin Condren Planner   (vertical) or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other horizontal weekly planners such as the Filofax.

The functional planner stickers, especially the box stickers,  are sized to fit  within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Erin Condren .

However, you can reduce the printable when you go to print in order to adjust the stickers’ size to fit your specific planner. (Some distortion may occur using this method.)

I also have redesigned the template so that the margins are within the “registration” area of your silhouette.

You will have to spend some time creating the cutlines for the silhouette  but this should make creating the cutfile a lot easier.)

3) The most tedious  (or time consuming) way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.

Another handy tool to have for the straight cuts is a slide or rotary paper trimmer which will reduce cutting around the stickers.  For the curvy cuts (i.e. around words), you might like the Gyro-cut tool.

Hello peeps…I hope you are starting your weekend off great  and that you’ll have plenty of time for crafting and other happy pursuits.  I have previously provided a greeting card and I thought today, I would release two summer party invitations.

With so many summer parties  and  outdoor activities coming up soon, I thought I would release something new.  While I have previously released several gift tags, and a greeting card, I wanted to provide these fun party invitations as a new blog project.   I did have lots of fun designing them and I hope you like them.

Facts About the Party Invitations

As for the details about the freebie, this printable is meant to create two party invitations that measure approximately 5″ wide by 7″ tall.   You will print this out on a  8 1/2″ by 11″ white cardstock and using a ruler measure out the 5″ by 7″ final card product .  Use the crop marks on the pdf printable as guides to cut out your invitations.

Note: The design was laid out on a vertical printer orientation, so please remember to change your printer when you send to print.  Most modern printers’ software will pick this up without making any changes but keep this in mind.

Materials and Supplies

Some of the supplies are optional, the additional supplies are mentioned in case you want your finished product to be a little crisper.

  • White cardstock
  • Scissors or slide cutter
  • Silhouette Digital Cutter or Cricut, there  are mostly straight cuts, so your digital cutter (if you own one) is not necessary.
  • Ruler, to measure the final greeting card and set up straight cuts, if using scissors.
