Vintage Tea in Paris Tags Printable

Hello, I hope you are getting ready for a warmer weekend!  However, if the weather isn’t expected to cooperate, I hope you can get some time to get cozy with all those wonderful hot beverages and yummy goodies.

Which is the segue to today’s inspiration behind this freebie…a vintage tea in paris tags printable.

A Few Words About this Freebie’s Inspiration…

I have posted in several of my posts that I will visit your “pins” and your boards, and I am usually glad that I do because I often get to see loads of great “pins” that just inspire me to improve my skills and delve into more creative ideas.

Well, it was in one of those searches that I came upon the following pinner  and I just about fell over at all the eye candy of her beautiful boards.

I was so jazzed by what I saw…so…straightaway, I had to check out her “Tea in Paris”, “Tea with Jane Austen” and “Tea with Marie Antoinette” boards and I would have to gush just to describe all  the absolute beautiful and tasty things pinned there.

Jane Austen, tea, macaroons, Paris, roses, Shabby Chic everywhere you look…literal eye candy… in several pics and I had to keep pulling myself away to get back to work.

So, to make a long story short, that inspired me to create these tags that hopefully, would be suitable for any afternoon or morning tea party.

Vintage Tea in Paris  Printable Details:

  • 11 tags or elements on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • File size = 6.27 MB
  • The tags measure approximately 2″ x 3.5″ and the labels approximately 2.75″ by 1.75.
  • Designed at 300 dpi. Printing results should be very clear and sharp.  The original digital papers are textured and I tried to keep the design consistent.
  • As always, they can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping.

Hello and welcome to all my new blog followers.  As you can see, for those of you who have been around a little longer, today I have gone back to my favorite color scheme of red, black and cream or is it tan?

I’m not quite sure what the color is exactly since all  vintage ephemera varies  in their color tones.

And this time, I was aiming for a specific look as inspired by the work of Hope Wallace Karney whose blog’s name is called Besottment by Paper Relics.

I really just love her work and these art journaling tags I realize are far from the “real” materials she uses in her mixed media art journaling designs.  However, I thought I could absorb some of her design inspiration  and create the look in today’s freebie and this is what I came up with.

As for the details about the freebie, there are 8 elements in all.   The tags measure approximately 2.5″ x 3.75″ and the rectangular tags approximately 3.75″ by 2″   As always, they can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping.

This free printable has 8 elements on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.  The file size is large at 12.04 MB.  These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp.

Well, I have gone back to my vintage theme with today’s freebie.  I have been experimenting with some of my brushes, overlay blends,  vintage images and vintage ephemera and came up with these designs.

I decided to combine two different styles, an art journaling doodled style on some of the vintage  ATC cards and vintage images of paper ephemera on the others.

I selected butterflies with a blue color theme in the wings, I guess I felt it coordinated well with the soft browns and creamy color of the paper.  Just my little dabbling  into “digital” mixed media.

Facts about the ATC Cards

As for the details about the freebie, there are 8 different ATC cards measuring 2.5″ by 3.5″ some with butterflies and others with doodles and quotes that I liked.

As always, they can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journaling or other types of memory keeping.

This free printable has 8 elements on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.  This freebie’s file size is  rather large at approximately 11.5 MB.  The elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp.  The paper texture at 100% detail are taken from vintage ephemera digital files scanned at a high dpi.  Hope you like them! 🙂
