I am still on the Back to School theme trail, so hopefully you are ready for today’s whimsical freebie which includes project life journaling cards and elements. I decided on a slightly different color scheme than the usual primary colors associated with primary school, and I hope you like them.

Facts about the Freebie

As for the details about the freebie, there are four journaling cards plus a few elements and they can either be used for journaling in your project life projects or other type of memory keeping. I have also included a few word art snippets as well.

This school themed free printable has 15 elements on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file. The file size is about 1.91 MB. All the elements were designed at 300 dpi, so you should have a very high resolution print quality.

I have included some chalkboard labels and elements, with a real chalkboard effect. The round labels are approximately 1.5″ wide in diameter. I didn’t create too many, in order to preserve your black ink. Also, I designed a light dashed line around the journaling cards in order to give you the approximate cutting lines.

I hope you had a great weekend and you are ready for today’s whimsical freebie (with a few vintage touches that I sneaked in) with this project life journaling cards and elements.

I have stepped away from my vintage theme (to some degree) and attempted a journaling card design with some repetition in the color theme throughout, but with a muted turquoise and red and very little tan. I used this color scheme and similar pattern before with my Father’s Day gift tags.

I have seen more and more scrapbooking layouts incorporating project life (or pocketbook) journaling cards in full 12″ x12″ page layouts. It’s a very interesting trend.

I have also included a little extra word art snippets and included some images as well with the words.
