Hello peeps ! I thought you would enjoy today’s release of this Vintage Tea Junk Journaling mini kit printables freebie to get you ready for celebrating Moms who are makers and Mother’s Day (of course, for those of us in the US that are celebrating the holiday)! However, this freebie can be used for all occasions with it’s celebration of tea drinkers. I’m a fan.

The color theme for this set might be suited a little better for fall; however, I liked the lovely coordinated flowers in this vintage wallpaper that was made available in the early 1900s. So, I went with that color theme.

I often get many of my graphics from Creative Fabrica, so don’t forget to check out their digitals and specials, they usually release new specials each week. I get many of my script fonts and cute, whimsical crafting fonts from this popular site. It’s really great for diy crafters and makers.

Also, many of these vintage images come from another of my current favorite sites, Rawpixel. I love their vintage selection and lovely AI produced vintage pngs from popular artists.

They have high resolution and high quality vintage images available for free. Don’t forget to sign up using my link for free images (up to three a day and many more vintage public domain images – they have changed their policy ) when you sign up for an account. The cream pages are from a Tea Trade Journal available in the public domain. I took several ads and combined them in the full page layout. The journal itself was interesting reading in itself; but, I kept scanning the pages for interesting ads!

Well, on to the freebie, there are four printables. I went all out and created a variety of labels, tags, stickers and a vintage tea junk journaling page. As always, these journaling cards and elements can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, junk journals, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting. You can also use them for your planners and personal organizers, if applicable.

These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color. The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
Color scheme: olive green, pale peach, deep red, dark gold

Hello, I hope you are getting ready for a warmer weekend! However, if the weather isn’t expected to cooperate, I hope you can get some time to get cozy with all those wonderful hot beverages and yummy goodies.

Which is the segue to today’s inspiration behind this freebie…a vintage tea in paris tags printable.

A Few Words About this Freebie’s Inspiration…

I have posted in several of my posts that I will visit your “pins” and your boards, and I am usually glad that I do because I often get to see loads of great “pins” that just inspire me to improve my skills and delve into more creative ideas.

Well, it was in one of those searches that I came upon the following pinner and I just about fell over at all the eye candy of her beautiful boards.

I was so jazzed by what I saw…so…straightaway, I had to check out her “Tea in Paris”, “Tea with Jane Austen” and “Tea with Marie Antoinette” boards and I would have to gush just to describe all the absolute beautiful and tasty things pinned there.

Jane Austen, tea, macaroons, Paris, roses, Shabby Chic everywhere you look…literal eye candy… in several pics and I had to keep pulling myself away to get back to work.

The following pic is just a sampling of her 208 boards! Clicking on the picture will take you directly to her boards if you are interested.

So, to make a long story short, that inspired me to create these tags that hopefully, would be suitable for any afternoon or morning tea party.

Vintage Tea in Paris Printable Details:

11 tags or elements on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
File size = 6.27 MB
The tags measure approximately 2″ x 3.5″ and the labels approximately 2.75″ by 1.75.
Designed at 300 dpi. Printing results should be very clear and sharp. The original digital papers are textured and I tried to keep the design consistent.
As always, they can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping.
