Luck O’ the Irish Planner Stickers – Free Printable

Happy Friday, as the month of March is fast approaching I thought you might have St. Patrick’s Day in mind or at least I do .  So, today, I am releasing a planner stickers freebie for the “Classic” Happy Planner with a  St. Patrick’s Day theme.

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the MAMBI Happy Planner (vertical) or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other vertical weekly planners such as the  Plum Paper Planner or Erin Condren Life Planner.  The functional planner stickers, especially the box stickers,  are sized to fit  within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Happy Planner.  Keep in mind that the full boxes are  sized at 1/4″ taller than your vertical boxes for the Erin Condren Planner and sometimes the designs can not be scaled down for your Erin Condren.

Here’s a sample of this printable, printed on heavy printer paper on my Epson printer.

Also, if you are new to this site, I wanted to let you know  that I have a board on Pinterest  that  you might want to follow that has several pins (ideas) by other planner designers, stationery, home office decor,  office supplies and planner freebies pins that are mostly planner related.   You can view that board and/or follow here,  Home Office | Planners & Stationery Favs.

There are 36 planner stickers or  elements total in today’s release.     As always, these stickers and elements  can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping and papercrafting but these were made specifically for you Happy Planner and Erin Condren fans. Note**Please see my Terms of Use below before downloading if you have not to been to this site before.**

How to Use this “Planner Stickers” Printable:

There are several ways you can use this printable to create your stickers and I have included a few in the following instructions:

1) The easiest way to use this printout  is to print it out on a full sheet of white sticker paper and if you own a Silhouette Cameo or Silhouette Portrait or other digital cutter you can cut out the to-do lists or planner stickers using their designer software. ( **Please note:  You must have the Silhouette Designer Edition software upgrade to open pdfs in your Silhouette. I also have redesigned the template so that the margins are within the “registration” area of your silhouette.   You will have to spend some time creating the cutlines for the silhouette  but this should make creating the cutfile a lot easier.)

2) Also another method,  would be to use heavy bond printer paper or you can use 65 lb. white cardstock depending on how thick you want your sticker  and then place adhesive via a snail tape runner or with a Xyron sticker tool or machine.

3) The most tedious way is to print out the planner stickers on sticker paper and “fussy cut” out by hand, I have spaced the elements so that you can use a pair of good craft scissors to get a clean cut and handle the fussy cutting.  You should probably use punches for the circle stickers.  I try to make the circle stickers at standard punch sizes.

Facts about the freebie:

  • A set of 36 planner stickers on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • File size :416 KB
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme:  shades of green, gold

As usual these freebies are free for personal use, (check my TOU if you haven’t previously.)  If you have been here before, you know the drill.  If not, you might want to read the quick  TOU below before you access the printable.

Some things you should know before downloading:

*You MAY NOT RESELL, redistribute, or claim the original or derivative (redesigned from the original) designs as your own. That includes redesigned as a free printable.

Luck O’ the Irish Planner Stickers – Free Printable

Hello blog visitors and peeps!    Are you feeling or seeing a little “green” all around you?   So, St. Patrick’s Day is near,  and I thought I would design something in green  for this planner stickers printable!   So, on to the freebie…

I  designed this set of planner stickers in colors that will coordinate with March’s color theme for  the  Erin Condren Life Planner.  I understand these stickers will also fit the Plumpaper planner as well.

These planner stickers are specifically designed for fans of the Erin Condren Planner   (vertical) or similar Week At A Glance Planners  or other vertical weekly planners such as the  Plum Paper Planner, Passion Planner or Happy Planner.  The functional planner stickers, especially the box stickers,  are sized to fit  within the vertical columns and boxes specifically for the Erin Condren Planner.  If you have a Happy Planner, you might want to add some washi tape to compensate for the extra space that is left bare, about  1/4 inch. This does not include the approximately 1/4″ inch header title.

Here’s this printable printed out on heavy duty printer paper ( 20# – 92 bright) with my Epson Artisan 81 on regular setting.

Free Printable Download – Lucky Irish Journaling Elements

Lucky-irish-header

Hey, Peeps!  Well, it’s a few days before the official celebration for St. Patrick’s Day but I imagine this weekend will be filled with holiday celebration and fun leprechaun parties.  So, with the upcoming holiday in mind, I decided to create a project life freebie that includes iconic Irish images with a vintage twist.  I included a lot of authentic textures and muted green and neutral colors as well and with that…Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

*A little update*…I have been wanting to do this for a few months now and am so excited to get or make these live samples available.  I had to wait for my tech guru son to hook up the printer to the network ( all my laptop and electronics are on a mini-home network), so that I could really utilize the “print and cut ” feature of my Silhouette Design Studio software.  This is the result!  I still have a few calibration issues I have to resolve with the registration marks, but it is working!

I tried the following samples and finished the details with some original “scherenschnitte”  (I think that’s German for scissor cutting) scissors featured in the picture below and a corner rounder. Keep in mind, I printed these samples on plain white cardstock.  Just wanted to give you a sample of the 300 dpi print quality. Of course, your results will vary depending on your printer’s ink, the model of the printer and the quality cardstock you use.

As for the details about the freebie, there are 16 elements in all.  You have four journaling cards (3″ x 4″) and a few more labels, tags and  elements as well.  As always, they can either be used for journaling in your project life projects, smashbooks, art journals or other types of memory keeping.   Hope you like them. 🙂

Facts about the freebie:

  • This free printable has 16 journaling elements on an 8 1/2″ by 11″ pdf file.
  • The file size is 9.07 MB.
  • These elements were created at 300 dpi, so your printing results should be very clear and sharp with a smooth lay down of the ink color.  The preview pictures both on the blog and on Google are at 72 dpi, so you often can not see all the detail accurately or colors are sometimes distorted.
  • Color scheme: green, l. green, buff, tan (photo-realistic paper texture)

My expression of gratitude for all your Pinterest and other social media pins…

I’d like to say thanks to all those taking the time to comment, I sure appreciate the gracious “thank yous” and the legitimate “link love”.   I have been nearly overwhelmed with the positive response from blog followers and blog visitors.

Thank you for your pins on Pinterest as well as  fabulous Facebook links.  I also appreciate mentions in your blogs with appropriate link backs and active links.  Many of you have been kind enough to feature some of my designs on your blogs and that has contributed to the increased traffic.

I hope you don’t mind when I check out your Pinterest boards, and repin some of your pins to some of my Pinterest boards, these pins usually provide inspiration for new designs of my own!  You guys and gals often find things I don’t often run into and it just serves to expand and generate new ideas.

As usual these freebies are free for personal use, (check my TOU if you haven’t previously.)  If you have been here before, you know the drill.  If not, you might want to read the quick  TOU below before you access the printable.

Some vintage St. Patrick’s Day images were obtained from the The Graphics Fairy and The Old Design Shop.  Both of these sites are outstanding resources for vintage ephemera! Check them out.

Most of my elements are made from commercial use or public domain sources, however if any designer feels their copyright has been infringed upon the freebie will promptly be removed and the freebie will no longer be available.  Designers vary in their restrictions for their terms of use (even for CU items), so although I try to be scrupulous, I may miss some.

Nothing like another holiday, in order to give you an excuse for vintage holiday decorating.  What is the point of collecting vintage items if you can’t display them and use them for celebrations?  So, just wanted to acknowledge all the St. Patrick’s Day celebration that you see on the internet and other social media.  The other images I have included, provide ideas for displaying your vintage cutlery and tableware that is just lovely.

Here’s a round up of a few pins, I have collected on my “Holiday Decor” board on Pinterest that will spurcreative ideas  for Irish St. Patrick’s Day decor with a vintage feel and using some of the  free vintage postcards that are available on the Internet.

I think it’s the mercury glass  and chandelier print on the mantel that I like so much.  The sign has just the right touch of crafty diy feel mixed with a few formal decor items.

I really like the shabby chic(or distressed) decor in this next idea, and of course the vintage cutlery, green majolica and tablescape. The origiinal pinner is a self-confessed plate addict.

This next pin includes the actual vintage postcards I found online to create my header image.  Here the pinner is using it to create a cute holiday home decor item.

This next idea, I really like and will probably use it with different holidays.  Just change the vintage cup color to your holiday color theme.

Hope  you like these pins and they inspire you to get you celebrating holidays with all your vintage collectibles.
